Serve as the head for any issues/questions during pre-registration pick up and race day registrations. Should ensure all pre-registered shirts are separated from extras and that there is no cross-pulling from shirt bins for pre-registered and race-day registrations.

Details

Check in all pre-registered participants using Race Day Check In App.
Will check in participants by scanning their QR code or name search and assign bib numbers. Inform shirt pullers of shirt sizes for participants if applicable. Participants will only get the size listed on their registration information.

Race Day Registration - Bibs High Priority

Details

Until the start of the 5K, will only check in participants that wish to have a bib for the 5K. All participants who want to be timed with a bib will be required to register online using their smartphone. QR codes will be printed to help with registration. Check in race day registrants using Race Day Check In App.

After the 5K has started, you will assist in registering any race-day 1-mile event registrants either by the app or paper registration forms.
